Privacy Policy

At Innogen AI Industries, we believe privacy should be built into our products from the beginning. This policy explains what information we may need, how we protect it, and how we treat your private AI interactions.

Last Updated · 21 August 2026
Our Privacy Commitment

Your data belongs to you.

Innogen is designed with privacy by default and uses strong encryption and access controls to protect your information.

Our approach is simple: collect only what is reasonably required, protect it carefully, and use it only for legitimate and relevant purposes.

01

About Innogen AI Industries

Innogen AI Industries is a technology company focused on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, including AI models, AI assistants, autonomous agents, intelligent software, mobile applications, voice AI, computer vision, IoT, smart devices, electronics, automation, and future technologies.

Different Innogen products may process information differently. The information handled by a particular product therefore depends on the service and features you choose to use.

02

Information We May Need

We aim to follow a simple principle:

“We collect what we need — not what we can.”

Depending on the service, we may need limited information such as:

We do not want unnecessary personal information simply because it is technically possible to collect it.

03

Your AI Conversations

When you use an Innogen AI service, you may provide text, prompts, conversations, images, audio, video, documents, files, or other content that you intentionally send to the AI.

This content may be processed by the AI or inference system required to generate your requested response.

For example: User → AI Request → AI Model → Response → User

Processing your content to generate a response does not mean that Innogen treats that content as general-purpose business data or automatically uses it for unrelated purposes.

04

Private AI Content Is Not Used for Model Training by Default

Your private conversations, prompts, images, audio, videos, uploaded files, and other AI interaction content are not used by default to train or fine-tune Innogen-Titan or other Innogen AI models.

Your private conversations are not treated as a free source of training data.

If a future product or feature requires a different type of data usage, we will clearly explain that use and provide any choices or permissions required by applicable law.

05

Cloud Chat History

Where an Innogen service provides cloud-based chat history, conversations may be securely associated with your Innogen account or user ID so that your history can remain available across supported devices.

This means that changing or replacing your phone or computer does not necessarily mean losing your account-based chat history.

Your chat history exists to provide you with the service. It is not automatically converted into model-training data.

06

Chat History and Training Data Are Separate

We aim to maintain a clear technical and organizational separation between user chat history and AI model-training datasets.

YOUR CHAT HISTORY
Account / User ID
Cloud synchronization
Your conversations
Your account controls
MODEL TRAINING
Approved company data
Verified datasets
Synthetic / permitted data
Evaluation datasets

Your private conversations are not automatically transferred into our model-training datasets.

07

Encryption and Access Controls

Innogen is designed with privacy by default and uses strong encryption and access controls to protect information.

Depending on the service and architecture, security measures may include:

Our goal is to limit access to information to what is genuinely necessary.

08

Can Innogen Employees Read Your Conversations?

Not as a normal business practice.

Innogen employees do not receive general access to users' private conversations simply because they work at Innogen.

Limited access may be considered only where genuinely necessary, including:

Where such access is necessary, appropriate authorization, access controls, logging, and other safeguards should be applied.

09

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal information as a business practice.

We also do not intend to use your private AI conversations as an advertising asset.

Private AI interactions are not intended to become a source of advertising profiles, personalized advertising based on private conversations, commercial data sales, or unrelated business intelligence.

10

How We Use Required Account Information

Information such as your name, email address, phone number, or other account information may be used where necessary to:

11

Purchases and Delivery

If you purchase a physical product from Innogen, we may need information such as your name, phone number, delivery address, billing information, and order information.

This information is used to process and fulfill your purchase.

Where payment processing is handled by a specialized payment provider, payment information may be processed directly by that provider according to its applicable privacy and security practices.

12

Third-Party AI and Technology Services

Some Innogen products may use cloud infrastructure, third-party AI APIs, external models, payment services, or other technology providers.

When an external provider is required to process an AI request, relevant content may be transmitted to that provider as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

We aim to select and configure providers with appropriate privacy and security protections. The exact handling of information can depend on the particular product, provider, and service architecture.

13

Local and On-Device AI

Where an Innogen product supports local or on-device AI processing, content may be processed directly on the user's device.

Example: Your Device → Innogen-Titan → Response

In such a configuration, the conversation does not need to be transmitted to a remote AI server simply to generate the response.

14

Data Minimization

We continuously aim to reduce unnecessary data collection and unnecessary data retention.

If a feature does not require a particular piece of personal information, our goal is not to collect it simply because it is technically available.

15

Analytics and Technical Information

We may process limited technical information required to operate, maintain, and secure our services, such as IP address, device information, application version, error information, security events, and performance information.

We aim to prevent private AI content such as conversations, uploaded files, images, or audio from being unnecessarily included in ordinary analytics or technical logs.

16

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for its intended purpose, security requirements, account functionality, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational requirements.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the service.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

17

Your Control Over Your Data

Where supported by the relevant product, you may be able to:

Certain requests may require identity verification.

18

Account Deletion

If you request account deletion, we will initiate the applicable account and data deletion process.

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, security requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations.

19

Security Incidents

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no online service or connected system can guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and take appropriate containment, remediation, and notification steps where required by applicable law.

20

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended to knowingly collect children's personal information in circumstances where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Innogen without appropriate authorization, please contact us.

21

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the laws applicable to you, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights relating to:

We will handle applicable requests according to the laws and regulations that apply to the relevant service and user.

22

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, technology, or legal requirements change.

If we make material changes, we may provide an appropriate notice through our website, application, account interface, or another reasonable communication method.

The Last Updated date at the beginning of this policy indicates when it was last updated.

Our Privacy Philosophy

We believe privacy should not be complicated.

Collect Less.
Only collect information that is genuinely needed.

Protect More.
Use strong security, encryption, and access controls.

Don't Train on Private Conversations by Default.
Private AI interactions are not automatically used to train our models.

Don't Sell Your Data.
Your personal information is not our product.

Give Users Control.
Users should have meaningful control over their accounts and applicable data.

Build Privacy Into the Product.
Privacy should be part of the architecture, not just a statement on a webpage.
